Announcement: GMX V2 Testnet is now publicly available!
Here's how to participate in the testing process.
GMX V2 TESTING INSTRUCTIONS
In order to participate in the testing process you must be connected to Avalanche Fuji Testnet or Arbitrum Goerli and visit https://app.gmxtest.io/#/trade.
Please follow the instructions below to switch your wallet to the proper network and obtain the necessary funds.
AVALANCHE FUJI TESTNET
Step 1:
Add Avalanche Fuji Testnet to your wallet by choosing one of the following options:
Visit https://faucet.avax.network/ and click on "Add Subnet to Metamask."
Go to https://chainlist.org/chain/43113, connect your wallet, and click on "Add to Wallet."
Manually add the network to your wallet using the details provided here: https://support.avax.network/en/articles/6224787-how-to-connect-to-the-fuji-testnet
Step 2:
Acquire AVAX testnet funds by visiting https://faucet.avax.network/. Enter your wallet address and click on "REQUEST."
ARBITRUM GOERLI TESTNET
Step 1:
Add Arbitrum Goerli Testnet to your wallet by choosing one of the following options:
Visit https://goerli.arbiscan.io/ and click on "Add Arbitrum One Testnet Network" at the bottom right of the page.
Go to https://chainlist.org/chain/421613, connect your wallet, and click on "Add to Wallet."
Manually add the network to your wallet using these details:
Network Name: Arbitrum Goerli
Network RPC URL: https://endpoints.omniatech.io/v1/arbitrum/goerli/public
Chain ID: 421613
Currency Symbol: AGOR
Block Explorer URL: https://goerli-rollup-explorer.arbitrum.io
Step 2:
Acquire AGOR funds by visiting and following the steps of either:
https://faucet.paradigm.xyz/ or https://faucet.quicknode.com/ethereum/goerli to acquire ETH Goerli funds. You can then bridge ETH Goerli to Arbitrum Goerli using https://bridge.arbitrum.io/?l2ChainId=421613
Upon completing these two steps, you will be able to connect to the Avalanche Fuji Testnet or Arbitrum Goerli Testnet and utilize GMX V2 with your testnet funds at https://app.gmxtest.io/#/trade.
During testing, you are encouraged to explore standard trading functionalities such as Market orders, Limit orders, and Trigger orders (both Stop-Loss and Take-Profit).
Additionally, you may experiment with various combinations of Pools and Collaterals. We have now implemented Funding Fees to balance the Long:Short ratio, and a Price Impact feature to enhance the protection of Liquidity Providers.
Furthermore, you can access the new Pools page https://app.gmxtest.io/#/pools to provide liquidity to the V2 Pools and obtain GM tokens. Liquidity provision can be either single-sided or paired.
Please note that there may be a Negative Price Impact depending on the degree to which your deposit imbalances the pool, or a Positive Price Impact depending on the extent to which the deposit balances the pool.
Lastly, the referrals page has been updated to display V2 Rebates. You should be able to claim these rebates in real-time from this page.
Please note that since this is a Testnet, position and order data may be cleared on deployments of bug fixes. Expect significant upgrades during the coming weeks as contributors take community feedback.
Let's start
I performed a Short on testNet for AVAX, 50x, Liquidity Price is backwards (showing what it would be for Long).
